Jack is still in Methodist Hospital, but we are hoping to bring him either home or to a skilled nursing center closer to home this Friday. I am going there this afternoon to try and find out exactly what is planned. After the surgery, he had a “shower” of strokes to both sides of the brain. This has primarily affected his ability to walk. No weakness showing up on a particular side which is good. They say if he will continue to do his therapy, he will be able to walk without the walker. That’s a big if. He doesn’t think there is anything wrong, and he is just weak from lying in bed so long. Thanks for the prayers. They truly lifted him out of the abyss. Work is still not back to normal, but I see the light at the end of the tunnel. Garvey
